The Role:

We are looking for an Account Manager/ Performance Manager to assist our clients with account management, education, and execution. This position will also have business development component. Our Account Managers are responsible for managing several clients in tandem, as well as assisting with email campaign management and automation for a number of clients in various consumer facing companies. This position presents an opportunity to gain experience in a client facing marketing performance role and to manage the tactical, day-to-day email marketing and on-site performance marketing elements for our clients. The right candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent writing and communication skills, and a passion for working in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture brand relationships

  • Ensure brands are optimized for great results in sweepstakes and through our other advertising products

  • Educate clients on best practices on video calls

  • Write emails copy for a variety of brands Manage designers on email creation

  • Set up email automations and API integrations. We will train you on this.

  • Handle all communications for your assigned brands

  • Work to ensure strong performance for each brand as if you were their in house teammate. Business development

Education and Experience:

A candidate with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with excellent communication skills.1-3+ years of marketing experience preferred.

 

Candidate Profile:

  • Exceptional time management skills and attention to detail

  • Demonstration of critical thinking capabilities

  • Strong knowledge of Excel, including data entry and list management (vlookup, Pivot Tables, etc.)

  • Comfortable with email service providers and email marketing automation software

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Dependability to self-manage on day-to-day responsibilities

  • Comfortable within a fluid and fast-paced environment

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Extremely organized

  • works well with fast-paced directions and instructions

  •  Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently
