To the extent you have an account with us, we store your account password in an encrypted manner and do not share, transmit, or sell that password to third parties. 


To the extent that you provide us information about someone other than yourself in filling out an entry on our website or otherwise, you agree that you represent the authority to share that information. 


If you choose to order a sample box, make a donation or payment, or engage in other transactions or activities at cost, you may be asked to provide the following basic information: your name, your e-mail address, your mailing address, your telephone number and your credit card or other payment information.


We do not permit the use of this website by people under the age 18. By using this website you represent that you are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect or maintain personal data online from or market online to children under the age of 18.


We collect this information from the data you provide us when interacting with our website, including, but not limited to, through entering sweepstakes, exercising product offers from advertisers, or placing orders on our website. We also collect this information when you enter a sweepstakes via SMS or text message. We also collect this information from social networks, especially if you use a social network login to interact with us or enter a sweepstakes, we may gather the above information from your social media account and/or profile.


How do we use and share personally identifiable information?


We use the information we collect:

  • to include you into the sweepstakes that you have entered; 
  • to allow you to purchase the product or products you are seeking to purchase;
  • to allow you to make a donation;
  • to contact you in the event that you win a sweepstakes;
  • to provide you a discount or other promotion that you requested or for which you registered;
  • to contact you about products, brands, and companies that we think you will be interested in;
  • to send you advertising and/or promotions from companies with which we do business;

We share your email address, zip code, gender, and name with all sponsors of any sweepstakes you enter and with those advertisers whose offers you participate in. If you make a donation to a charity as part of a Sweepstakes, we will share the amount of that donation with the ultimate recipient, as well as any intermediate recipient (such as the FindKeepGive Foundation). We may choose to disclose nonpublic personal information about you to a third party for compensation. We also share any information we collect as appropriate in response to any request from a government agency or pursuant to a court order or subpoena. 


If you order a product or products from us, your credit card information, name, address, and telephone number, will be shared with a credit card processing company to allow us to process your order. We will not sell your credit card information. 


We will not aggregate your cell phone number with other data we may have collected about you that was not provided concurrently with your cell phone number. 


Over the past twelve months, we have sold the following categories of information to third parties:

With regard to your cell phone number, we only provide that number to companies or brands that you specifically give permission for by opting in to receiving advertising from those particular brands.  


Except as described herein, we do not give other parties access to the information you provide to us. We will not make or place robocalls using the information you provide to us. 


We recommend that you review the privacy policy of all sweepstakes sponsors and offer advertisers on our website to determine how those companies may use your personal information. 


When you visit certain of the webpages on our site, we may store cookies on your computer or device. Third-party vendors, including Google, show our ads on sites across the internet, and use cookies and/or device identifiers to serve ads based on your past visits to our websites. We collect personal information for a number of business purposes, including: to fulfill or meet the reason you provided the information, such as to enter you into a sweepstakes or to provide you with a coupon or promotional offer.
