The Role:

We are looking for a Traffic Acquisition Marketing Manager to assist with planning, developing, implementing, and managing overall traffic acquisition strategy via SEO, Paid, and organic avenues. The goal of this position is to grow FKL website traffic. This opportunity offers tremendous career growth potential, as well as the ability to launch, test, and scale new products.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Build, plan and implement traffic acquisition strategy - put into effect and expand our traffic acquisition strategies via paid and organic strategies.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Identify key traffic acquisition KPIs and metrics
  • Monitor and manage traffic acquisition online campaigns
  • Build online engagement and exposure strategy
  • Analyze keywords, web traffic, and market trends 
  • Track, measure and analyze user engagement and conversions
  • Track and manage multiple lead generation channels
  • Increase organic traffic
  • Perform SEO (Search Engine Optimization) research and identifying effective content and keywords
  • Implement best SEO practices and techniques
  • Prepare and present reports on marketing strategy
  • Stay up to date with latest technologies and best practices – identify and evaluate emerging audience growth services
  • Maintaining positive and effective relationships with traffic partners – agencies and vendors - seeking out new traffic partners and negotiating new relationships
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns (audience growth, ROI)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field (Marketing, Communications, Advertising, etc.)
  • 3+ years Traffic Acquisition experience - SEO, email marketing, digital marketing and Social Media 
  • 2+ years Management experience
  • Data-driven mindset, strong analytical skills and experience in tracking relevant metrics
  • Experience with WordPress, HTML, Google Analytics, Facebook Advertising
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, very strong knowledge of Excel
  • Knowledge and proficiency of all social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
  • Demonstration of critical thinking capabilities, exceptional analytical and quantitative skills; an ability to turn data into marketing recommendations
